French Teacher – Fryrouz

Bachelor of French Literature, with more than 20 years of teaching experience.

Work experience:

Has 20 years of French teaching experience in high schools in Cairo. After coming to Canada, he has been teaching grades 1-5 at Montessori schools, teaching both French and English. This teacher has a flexible and varied teaching style and is good at designing lessons that can attract children. He is currently teaching at Applewood Rainbow Montessori School & Northstar Montessori School in Mississauga.

French Teaching Assistant – Dimitri

Bachelor of French Literature, with 5 years of French teaching experience,  bilingual.

Work experience:

Graduated from Western Ontario with a degree in French, and is currently a student at the Ontario College of Teachers. He is fluent in both English and French, and has served as a basketball/volleyball coach. He is patient with children and holds a French Immersion Certificate. 

There are no field trips in the French camp, but there is a Pizza Day every Friday, where pizza, drinks, and fruit are provided.

Class time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Every afternoon, there will be time for games

Extended Time: Half an hour before and after class is free (8:30 am-9:00 am; 5:00 pm-5:30 pm is free). There may be additional fees for going over these time slots (unless there are special circumstances, which can be discussed).
