Math – Ms. Ansari
Mathematics Teacher - Ms. Ansari

- Teaching mathematics at secondary school level for more than 6 years and now I have gained excellent knowledge of teaching through online platforms. I am a British qualified and Ontario certified teacher.
- Experience in teaching students where English is their second language.
- Experience on how to plan a lesson appropriately for all students, scaffold when needed and stretch students to the best of their ability.
- The most efficient method to improve one’s own mathematical skills is to watch, practice and ask for help when needed. Therefore, I model many examples to students and encourage them to ask for assistance in answering different questions. Create an atmosphere within the (virtual) classroom where students can feel confident and comfortable in reaching their potential by improving themselves lesson by lesson
